Machining carbon fiber service includes cutting carbon fibers, milling, drilling and grinding carbon fiber plates and other complex shapes. We process carbon fiber plates and also other complex shapes. In addition to machining carbon fibers, we also ensure permanent stock of various thickness of the 3K type.

Carbon fiber products fall into composite materials category. The main advantage of carbon fibers is that they have very good mechanical properties which exceed mechanical properties of metal.

Carbon fibers have several advantages including high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion. These properties are very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military, and motorsports, along with other competition sports. The increasing use of composites is displacing aluminum from many applications in favor of other metals. because of galvanic corrosion issues.

We set up a department for CNC cutting carbon fiber plates and also other complex shapes. In addition to CNC cutting carbon fiber, we also ensure permanent stock of various thickness of the 3K type of carbon fiber.

Besides the cutting of carbon plates with extremely accurate CNC machine, we also process other carbon fiber products. At customer’s request, we install threaded inserts and assemble the product. You can also check our product design service.

Machining carbon fiber – What we offer

• We have a  permanent stock of plates  in various thickness and sizes, which ensures a quick manufacturing time. We stock plates with 3K yarn of following thickness: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 mm. With  short delivery time, we also offer a wide variety of other plates, pipes and profiles.
• We offer processing of all types of carbon fiber products as well as  cutting, milling, drilling and grinding.
• We can cut and process products of  larger sizes and thicknesses (up to 1300 x 2500 x 300 mm) with our CNC machine. We process the products based on your plans, sketches and CAD files.
• Printing on your products is possible in all color combinations and sizes.
