SLA 3D printing technology

3D printing is a technology for the production of three-dimensional objects that were previously made in a modeling application for creating virtual objects.

Our company uses the SLA 3D printing technology for the production of prototypes. With this technology we reduce the price and time of the prototype production process, in comparison to conventional production in which the model is made with cutting of the material.

With 3d printer can produce models from synthetic materials with following characteristics: strength, durability, flexibility and temperature resistance. We take pride in exceptional precision, as the accuracy of the model scan reach 25 microns.

Examples of use and materials

• Prototype products are currently the most common example of 3D printer use. They give better visual presentation and allow functional testing. Also, prototypes can eliminate possible flaws before the serial production.
• We wish to be the first company in Slovenia to offer serial 3D printing. This can be a solution for special and small-scale production.
• Test cores of synthetic material molding machines: test core is produced using a resin, resistant to up to 285 °C (545 °F) temperature. Using a test core allows faster molding tryouts.
• We offer several different types of materials for SLA 3D printing (strong, flexible and temperature resistant materials and resin for precious metal casting models which do not leave any trace). In addition to mechanical properties, you can also choose from a wide range of colors for your model in certain types of materials.
